While we do not provide emergency or crisis services directly, we have gathered a list of local and national resources you can turn to if you or someone you love is in immediate need.

What to Do in a Crisis
If you are feeling overwhelmed, unsafe, or unable to manage what you are experiencing, it is important to reach out right away. Signs that you may need immediate support include:
- Thoughts of self-harm or suicide

- Substance misuse or overdose
- Sudden changes in behavior or mood
